1931 Pure Gas Oil 6 Ft, Porcelain 2 SIDED SIGN W/ LIGHTS & ORGINAL 18Ft. This sign was coverd up on both sides with fiberglass overlays keeping it in very clean condition.

I passed by this beautiful last of a kind that was still standing untill 2018. I was finally able to get the property owner to agree on the sale. Although I always wanted a vintage pole sign to put up outside the garage ill have to hold off because of a recent auto that is finally on the market that iv waited a long time for. I have to give something up to acquire the auto.

However if this super find original 1931 Pure gas and oil doesn't fetch the respectable price ill keep it and pass on the auto. This would be a great museum piece or a collection addition to a automobile collector garage. Please don't wait to ask me questions. Also ill be adding more photos tomorrow. In these other photos you can see the 4 evenly spaced holes that were used to attach the overlays of fiberglass which were on e orange and have union 76 as at one time the pure station was changed to that brand. The gray residue on both sides is tape adhesive a d comes off with mineral spirits.

The 18 foot pole is all welded into one piece and after nearly 100 year's of holding up a 6 foot sign is still very sturdy. You could reztore the pole a d make a super museum display or leave it just like it is for the original look of 100 years old. Thanks and happy new year for 2020.
